Type 1: Flat-Rate Billing
Flat-Rate billing is the form of billing all of your interstate calls at the same rate. All of our clients will qualify for the 0.988 cents per minute interstate rate. There is one stipulation that the telephone companies have is that at least 80% of your calls are terminated on a phone number that is operated by the Regonal Bell Operating Company (RBOC). Type 2: Tiered-Rate Billing
Tierd-Rate Billing is the form of billing your calls based on who you call. All of our clients will qualify for the 0.758 cents per minute rate to any Regional Bell Operating Company (or RBOC). All RBOC terminating calls are considered Tier A calls and will be billed at the 0.758 cents per minute rate. Calls made to any Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (or CLEC) will be billed at the Tier B and Tier C rates. Your calling list provider can scrub your list to only include Tier A and Tier B numbers thus saving you a tremendous amount of money every month.
